Shipping & Handling Policy
Free shipping on all orders over $150.00.
A $7.00 flat rate shipping will apply to all other orders in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).
All orders take 2-4 business days to process and ship through USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for products to arrive. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please allow 10-14 business days for products to arrive.
We currently do not ship anywhere outside of the United States.
Quality and client satisfaction are incredibly important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a Crunchi purchase for any reason, return the product to Crunchi Corporate within 30 days of purchase to receive store credit.
Crunchi store credit may be redeemed at Crunchi.com.
Crunchi is unable to accept returns or exchanges on Business Portfolios, Advocate Product Collections, samples, sale items and any discounted items (including products purchased with Crunchi Cash, host reward coupon codes, and promotional bonus products). All shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser and only Crunchi products purchased at crunchi.com (and replicated websites) are eligible for exchange or return.

Crunchi reserves the sole right to accept exchanges or returns. Crunchi has the discretion to reject exchanges or returns if abuse of its policy is deemed.
To initiate a return please email Crunchi at email@example.com with the subject line “Return”. Include your name, date of purchase, order number, product name, and reason for return. You will then receive an email reply with return instructions.
