RETURN POLICY

Quality and client satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a Crunchi purchase for any reason, return the product to Crunchi Corporate within 30 days of delivery to receive store credit.

Crunchi store credit may be redeemed at Crunchi.com.

Please Note:

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please keep the original packaging and product and contact us immediately by emailing [email protected]. Please include your name, order number, order date, and a photo of the product that is damaged.

Crunchi is unable to accept returns on samples, sale items, and any discounted items (including products purchased with Crunchi Cash, Host Reward Coupon Codes, and promotional bonus products).

All shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Only Crunchi products purchased at Crunchi.com (and replicated websites) are eligible to return for a store credit.

Crunchi will not accept returns greater than $300 in product value*. Additionally, Crunchi reserves the sole right to accept returns. Crunchi has the discretion to reject returns if abuse of its policy is deemed.

Advocate Collections & Business Portfolios

Crunchi offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on all Advocate Enrollment Collections and Business Portfolios. If an Advocate chooses to terminate their account, they may return their Advocate Enrollment Collection & Business Portfolio within 30 days of their purchase date and receive a full refund of their purchase price minus the shipping and handling costs.

Advocate Enrollment Collections must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.
