RETURN POLICY

Quality and client satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a Crunchi purchase for any reason, return the product to Crunchi Corporate within 30 days of delivery to receive store credit.

Crunchi store credit may be redeemed at Crunchi.com.

Crunchi is unable to accept returns on Business Portfolios, Advocate Product Collections, samples, sale items and any discounted items (including products purchased with Crunchi Cash, host reward coupon codes, and promotional bonus products).

All shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Only Crunchi products purchased at Crunchi.com (and replicated websites) are eligible to return for a store credit.

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please keep the original packaging and product and contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] Please include your name, order number, order date, and a photo of the product that is damaged.

Crunchi will not accept returns greater than $300 in product value. Additionally, Crunchi reserves the sole right to accept returns. Crunchi has the discretion to reject returns if abuse of its policy is deemed.
