Gently massage the oil-based cleanser into the onto and around the brow area and remove with a warm washcloth and/or follow up with the Gentle or Charcoal Facial Bar.

"It's excellent. I have dark blonde hair and the "blonde" is exactly the right color for me. It goes on very smoothly, a stark contrast with those cheap hard pencils where you have to put a lot of pressure and barely get anything. This is the opposite, it needs almost no pressure to get color. I would give it five stars except for the fact that gets used up quickly so it ends up being quite expensive. That said, you do get what you pay for."
