A: Yes, Powerlight® has been clinically tested and is considered “non-irritating” for eyes.

Q: I have noticed Powerlight® has both Niacinamide and Vitamin C in the formula. I know those are both great ingredients but I have heard they should not be used together. Is that accurate?
A: No. There is overwhelming data that suggests the concern was only indicated with non-stable forms of both ingredients, and specifically with Vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid--not the Vitamin C we are using which is one of the most stable in the industry (Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate). Therefore we can confidently debunk this myth.

Q: What type of plants make up the ingredient “hydrogenated vegetable oil” in Powerlight®?
A: The hydrogenated vegetable oil can consist of non-GMO sunflower, castor, olive, safflower, coconut, soy, and/or Palm (RSPO) oils. The hydrogenated vegetable oil is Cosmos and EcoCert-approved and is hexane-free. Hexane is not used or added in the process, before, during, or after the manufacture of these oils.

Q: How much caffeine is in Powerlight®?
A: Our estimation is that each topical application of Powerlight® contains the equivalent of approximately 2.5 - 5 mg of orally ingested caffeine. For reference, a one-ounce piece of dark chocolate contains approximately 12 mg of caffeine. The exact amount of caffeine for each application will vary depending on the amount of Powerlight® that is applied to the eye area.

"This eye cream is the Crunchi product I have returned to over and over again and am slowly realizing it is a "can't live without" product vs a "luxury" product. I have very sensitive skin around my eyes that easily gets irritated and dry. In my late 30s, this just exacerbates the fine lines forming there and unnecessarily ages me. My sensitive skin has always responded so well to this eye cream and it makes a dramatic difference in smoothing out and hydrating this problem skin (which also makes concealer/foundation application under my eyes much better). The instructions reference using a dime-sized amount but I find that I need far less so it does last a while."
