How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please email info@crunchi.com and a member of our Crunchi Support Team would be happy to help you. Please include your name, order number, order date, and the product that you would like to return.

Are there any exclusions?

Crunchi is unable to accept returns on sale items, and any discounted items (including products purchased with CrunchiCash, and promotional bonus products).

Who is responsible for shipping costs?

All shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

I received a Crunchi product as a gift, can I return it for money back?
Only Crunchi products purchased at Crunchi.com and replicated Advocate websites are eligible to return. Contact your Crunchi Advocate or Crunchi Support at info@crunchi.com to assist you in finding your original order information.

Is there a limit on the dollar amount to return?

Crunchi will not accept returns greater than $300 in product value, except for Complete Skincare Routines.  

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received an item that is damaged or defective within 30 days of placing your order, keep the original packaging and product and contact us via email at info@ crunchi.com. 

Make sure to include your name, order number, order date, and a photo of the product that is damaged. Once we’re able to confirm these details, we will send you a replacement product. 

 

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through 12:00 pm est Friday (excluding holidays), and usually ship within 1-2 business days.*  Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

We now offer the following shipping options:

• FREE Ground Shipping on all orders over $175 (Advocates and Crunchi Insider members receive free ground shipping on all orders over $125).  Once your order leaves our facility, your items should arrive via USPS within 2-5 business days. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please allow 10-14 business days for products to arrive.
• Standard - Ground Shipping for a flat fee of $8.95 for all orders in the continental United States, and $12.95 for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. Once your order leaves our facility, your items should arrive via USPS within 2-5 business days. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, please allow 10-14 business days for products to arrive. 
• Priority - 1-3 day Shipping for a flat fee of $11.95 for all orders in the continental United States, and $14.95  for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. Once your order leaves our facility, your items should arrive via USPS within 1-3 business days.
• Express - 1-2 day Shipping for a flat fee of $37.95 for all orders in the continental United States, and $42.95 for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.  Once your order leaves our facility, your items should arrive via USPS within 1-2 business days.
